Biography:

As Assistant to the Director of Payne Gallery, I am responsible for coordinating gallery exhibitions. I arrange for the transport of work, design, hang and light each show, and prepare brochures, posters, signs and other promotional material. For gallery exhibitions as well as student shows and permanent collection works, I do any matting and framing required. I also arrange gallery security and schedule gallery attendants. Outside Moravian, I use my creative talents in remodeling old buildings and furniture. When I attend a Payne Gallery opening, seeing an exhibition in its finished form --and seeing the reactions of the crowd -- gives me a tremendous feeling of satisfaction.
