About CIT

All requests for service or computer questions should originate at the Help Desk (610.625.7929). The Help Desk will log all calls in a tracking database. Centralized tracking will help address your request or question in the most efficient and equitable manner possible. Your call will be assigned to an individual who will contact you and handle your request.

The CIT department is broken down into teams: administrative systems, networking, user support and media center. Each team is headed my a manager who manages the work flow of individuals composing the team.

Our office manager handles employee and department computer purchasing, hardware and software acquistion, toner cartridge tracking, and does a superb job of price negotiation with selected vendors.
