FITNESS Sessions here is what is happening on campus to keep you fit and have fun:
- Jazzercise with Kim on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-4:45 pm in the Dance Studio…drop-in rate is $5 per class
- Zumba with Jess on Mondays from 5-6 pm in the Johnston Hall Exercise Room…drop-in rate is $5 per class
- Yoga on Mondays, 12 noon-1 pm in the Dance Studio... 6-week sessions ($30) or drop-in rate $6. Sessions run concurrently through spring term.
- Work-outs with Sharon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm in the Dance Studio…7 week-session rates available
