JOB POSTING: Assistant Director of Annual Giving
The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing reunion giving, the Blue & Grey Club, the phonathon program, the Senior Class Gift Fund, and young alumni giving.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree; two years fundraising experience preferred. Ability to recruit, motivate and train volunteers; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The position demands strong interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, excellent verbal and written skills, as well as the ability and desire to work closely with all constituencies of the College. Requires a team player who can multitask and work under firm deadlines while maintaining confidentiality. Computer literacy including internet competency as well as experience with Microsoft Office, particularly database applications, word processing and spreadsheets is essential.
