Assistant Director of Financial Aid/Financial Aid Counselor
Moravian College’s Financial Aid department has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Director of Financial Aid/Financial Aid Counselor. The primary role of the Assistant Director of Financial Aid/Financial Aid Counselor is to assist the Director of Financial Aid in the administration of all activities relating to the institution's financial aid programs.
This position is full-time, 12 months, and eligible for full benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates are required to have a baccalaureate degree in an appropriate field. One to two years of experience (work study experience is acceptable) is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide white glove customer service; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; be detail-oriented and adept at problem solving; have the ability to work both independently and as a member of the financial aid and enrollment teams; have some knowledge of financial aid regulations and/or tax laws; and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
