JOB POSTING: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of RESIDENCE LIFE
The Assistant Director of Residence Life for Housing & Operations oversees the college housing operations while having direct responsibility and supervision for undergraduate staff primarily in the suite style residence halls. Campus housing and a partial meal plan are provided as a part of the compensation package.
This position full-time/12 months and eligible for full benefits.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
QUALIFICATIONS :Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree, ideally in an appropriate field. Experience in residence life and/or housing strongly preferred. Skills or experience in undergraduate student staff supervision, leadership development, community development, conflict resolution, and a commitment to student learning and the student affairs profession paired with the desire to maintain an active involvement with students and parents, as well as faculty and campus administrators at all levels, is preferred. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities based on previous experiences or institutional needs is expected.
