Director of Student Development
The Director of Student Development is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Moravian College student conduct system, which adjudicates all non-academic violations of the community standards, and for developing and implementing educational programs to promote good citizenship and student engagement. Additionally, the director promotes student engagement and involvement as the official advisor for student government and activities related to clubs and organizations. This is a live-on position with campus housing and a partial board-plan as a part of the compensation for the position.
This position is full-time, 12 months, and eligible for full benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of related student development experience and superior administrative skills are required. Familiarity at a small, private, liberal arts college is preferred. Daily interaction and advisement of students is an essential function of this position therefore, excellent oral, written, and overall interpersonal communication skills are vital as is the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of constituencies. The incumbent will demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion, possess exceptional organizational skills, and excellent computer literacy; including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Additionally, we are seeking an individual who can thrive in a dynamic, high-paced, and high-energy team environment. This position requires flexibility on nights and weekends as a live-on, on-call employee. The ability to make clear decisions and exercise sound judgment in emergency situations is crucial.
