JOB POSTING: Assistant to the Director of Enrollment & Director of Continuing Education
The assistant to the Director of Enrollment & Director of Continuing Education is responsible for working with both directors to implement an integrated admissions, retention, and student life program at Moravian Theological Seminary to handle arrangements for Continuing Education and other non-credit events.
This position is full-time/12 months and eligible for benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: A high School diploma and two years of experience in college admissions work or in a comparable field is desirable. Enthusiasm for representing Moravian Theological Seminary to prospective students. The position requires a customer focused team player who maintains strong analytical, administrative and organizational ability as well as superior interpersonal (oral and written) skills to deal with all constituencies within and outside of the College and Seminary community including but not limited to students, staff, faculty, and alumni. The ability to undertake travel involving evening and occasional weekend commitments and maintain a valid driver’s license is required. The capacity to work as part of a team and the confidence to work independently are expected. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is necessary along with capacity to work with institutional databases.
