Full-time tenure-track, beginning Fall Term 2010
Moravian College, a selective liberal arts institution, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in Accounting and Information Systems. This position will begin Fall 2010. Required qualifications are a Ph.D. in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related business field with relevant certifications, including CPA, CMA, or CIA.
Our primary needs are in the areas of Accounting Information Systems and Management Information Systems. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to teach a range of introductory and upper level financial and managerial accounting courses and managerial finance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technology and ERP software. The successful candidate must demonstrate a genuine desire to teach and participate fully in a liberal arts environment. Tenure track faculty members are expected to be actively engaged in research leading to publication.
