JOB POSTING: Information Technology Analyst
The Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of administrative and academic systems for Moravian College, primarily focused on Jenzabar’s JRM platform which has been built upon SalesForce CRM. This position analyzes user needs, develops system requirements and writes computer programs and procedures for use on the campus network. This position will also be involved with evaluating existing procedures and making recommendations for improvements. The Information Technology Analyst reports to CIT’s Manager of Administrative Systems.
This position is full-time/12 months and eligible for full benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a baccalaureate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and two years of experience as a computer programmer or operator are required. Must have experience in a Microsoft client/server environment and be familiar with Microsoft desktop applications. A Working Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL Server is required. Highly desirable is a solid knowledge of ERP systems such as Jenzabar EX, CRM systems such as Salesforce as well as programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and HTML. The candidate also needs the ability to learn new software packages quickly as well as perform system and process analysis. The candidate should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills to explain system operations to a variety of users.
