Assistant Professor - Nursing

Moravian College, located in historic Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, offers a values-based liberal arts education, which nurtures students in the development of leadership, lifelong learning, and positive societal contributions. The College offers a CCNE accredited BS in Nursing, a RN-BS in Nursing program, and the Master of Science in Nursing.  The graduate program gives students the opportunity to select from the Nurse Educator, Nurse Administrator, and Clinical Nurse Leader tracks.

Responsibilities for the faculty positions include working in collaboration with Nursing Faculty, Program Coordinators, and the Chairperson. The positions entail teaching in all programs offered by the Nursing Department with a focus on adult medical surgical or community health nursing. 

The nursing Department seeks individuals with a PhD in nursing or who have made significant progress in a PhD program of study. A minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing with experience in nursing education or related clinical experience is required. The individual must be licensed or eligible for professional licensure in Pennsylvania. Academic rank will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
