JOB POSTING: Office Manager
The Enrollment Management Office Manager maintains order and provides administrative support to the entire division, a very busy work environment with high transaction volume. This person provides general scheduling and administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) and the Executive Director of Admission (EDoA) while also assisting as appropriate with daily operational tasks.
This position is Full-time, 12 months and eligible for full BENEFITS.

QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred. At least 5 years of office management/administrative support is strongly preferred. The position demands excellent organizational skills as well as superior interpersonal skills (verbal and written) as well as the ability and desire to work closely with all constituencies of the College including staff, faculty, current students, the general public and prospective students (and their families). Requires a team player that can multi-task and work within firm deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality. Excellent computer literacy; the ability to work with databases; proficient with word processing and spreadsheets. Must have the ability to demonstrate fairness, diplomacy and discretion with all employees. Must possess superior customer service skills. Prior experience in higher education is a plus.
