JOB POSTING: Secretary
The Secretary provides secretarial and clerical support for the College Central Services Office (specifically the Foreign Language Department) and will serve as the back up support for the Supervisor of CCS during absences as needed. The secretary reports to the Supervisor of CCS. The regular schedule for this position is 18-20 hours per week, 10 months, and eligible for limited time off. Total budgeted hours are 850.

DEPARTMENT: Central Services (Foreign Language Support)
QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma and three to five years related experience and/or business school background. Prior secretarial experience in an academic setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be detail-oriented and well organized. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information pertaining to current students and alumni is essential. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly database applications, word processing and spreadsheets is required; familiarity with desktop publishing, and web navigation applications is preferred.
