ANNUAL FLEX ACCOUNT LIMITS:
- Medical: $2,500
- Dependent Care: $5,000 or $2,500 (if married and filing separately).
All participants must complete a new Salary Reduction Agreement (enrollment form) annually . Return your completed form to HR for processing. The effective date will be January 1st.

Forms will also be available during the Open Enrollment Sessions; however, a representative from Hirsch Financial will only be available on Tuesday, November 10th.
