If you wish to continue your current Health, Vision, or Dental Enrollment elections for next year -- Health Insurance Participants - as part of the mandatory re-enrollmet process, we ask that you contact HR (phone: 61--861-1528) to review a printout of your current enrollment to insure the accuracy of your data.
-- Dental and Vision Participants -- no action is required if you wish to continue your current plan election(s) into the new plan year.
