The
Moravian College Music Alliance supports the students and faculty
of the Music Department of Moravian College.
Since 1987, Music Alliance members have provided
funding and audiences for the music programs and have reaped the
benefits of delightful concerts and participation in a myriad
of activities of a thriving artistic community. The Alliance has
funded scholarships, pianos, technologies, and curricular efforts.
The Music Alliance has brought professional musicians
to campus to perform concerts that are enjoyed by regional audiences
and to provide master classes that provide invaluable instruction
for Moravian College music students. The Alliance has enabled
the institution to improve the facilities and provide instruments
that otherwise would be unavailable through regular budgets and
assistance.
