Hannah Doucette (Violin) earned a BM in violin performance (summa cum laude) from the Hartt School and MM in pedagogy from Temple University. She has been trained and certified in the Suzuki Method by Teri Einfeldt, Edward Kreitman, and Alice Joy Lewis. Private studies with William dePasquale, former concertmaster of the Philadelphia Orchestra; Robert dePasquale, former associate principal second of the Philadelphia Orchestra; Emlyn Ngai, concertmaster of the baroque
orchestra, Tempest di Mare; and Mickey Reisman, former member of the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra. Master classes include Eric Lewis, Elizabeth Faidley, and Cathy Robinson. Chamber coachings with Helen Kwalwasser, Sydney Curtiss, Brandon Vamos, Steve Larson, and Rita Porfiris. Hannah has performed in orchestras and chamber groups throughout the east coast and Peru. She is currently a Suzuki violin teacher at Moravian College Music Institute, Temple Music Preparatory Division, and Ambler Music Academy. Hannah is a coach for PRYSM (Philadelphia Region Youth String Music) and is on the adjunct faculty at both Temple University and Ursinus College..
