Welcome
Founded in 1872, St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network in Bethlehem is a vital part of Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. An integral, regional health care network, St. Luke's offers a full range of medical and surgical services, maternal-child care, and psychiatric services. St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network was recently ranked by Solucient for the second time - for its excellence in quality of care, efficiency of operations and sustainability of overall performance.
The
sixth oldest college in the nation and founded by the Moravian
church, the college today educates a socially and religiously
diverse group of students. Moravian College values a liberal
arts education as a preparation for life and productive work.
These respected Lehigh Valley institutions have formed a partnership to nurture the art and inform the science of nursing—and to educate nurses for the future. Faculty and students of St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing at Moravian College use the resources of two institutions in the city of Bethlehem to educate nurses who are intellectually, culturally, and professionally well grounded.
The President, Administration and
Faculty of Moravian College and St. Luke's Hospital are
pleased to note that the baccalaureate nursing programs (Traditional and R.N.-B.S.) are fully accredited by the
Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), a
national accreditation agency recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education, Washington, D.C.
