    If Reeves Library doesn't have access to the book or article you need, we can get it for you! Items usually arrive in less than a week and often, much sooner. This service is available for students, faculty, and staff of Moravian College and Moravian Theological Seminary only.
    Before entering your information into the online forms below, check the MOSYS Library catalog for books and the Journal Locator or the button for journal articles to be sure that Reeves does not have access to the item you want. We will leave a message on your voice mail when the item arrives.

    All items can be picked up at the Circulation Desk. If you have any questions, call the ILL office at (610) 861-1545 or x1305 between 8AM and 4PM Monday -Friday. Photocopies of articles will usually cost 10 cents per page but can be as much as $5.00 per article. All photocopies must be paid for when picked up. The cost of materials not picked up by the student will be charged to his/her student account at the end of the semester. Faculty and staff do not pay for ILL.

    The book loan peroid is usually 3-4 weeks depending on the lending library's police. Often books can be renewed once.

    WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified by the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for other than private study, scholarship, or research." If the user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "Fair Use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of the copyright law.
