Searching Tools

Now that you are aware of the kinds of sources available, it's time to take a look at the tools you will need to find them and the way to search these tools most effectively.

Use the catalog to find books on your topic in reference and the stacks.

Go to the library homepage at:

Click on the first link under Books & Media, Reeves
Library Catalog. This will take you to the first screen of the catalog.

To search for periodical articles, click on the link below.
Then select a database
by title from the alphabetical list or select the subject about which you want to find articles and choose a databases from the list that comes up.

Use the Internet to find good Web sites on your topic.
