Sociology
Club
The Sociology club is a service organization as well as a social network for sociology majors and minors. As a social network, the club promotes interaction with peers interested in the field of sociology. Regular club activities, based upon club member interest, include social gatherings and field trips. As a service organization, club members assist in organizing and running events hosted by the Moravian College Sociology Department. Benefits of membership in the club include opportunities for informal interaction with sociology majors and Department faculty as well as credentials for graduate and law school applications and work in sociology-related fields.
Pre-Law
Club
The
Pre-Law Club was created to increase the understanding of
college students about the legal profession and to assist
them in their preparations for post-graduate studies in the
law. The club also sponsors debates and forums in which contemporarily
relevant issues concerning the law and public policy are
featured. All students interested in a career in the law
or public life are encouraged to join the Pre-Law Club. (Advisor:
