Mental Health Screenings
A screening test is not a substitute for a complete evaluation by a mental health professional but it can help determine if you need to see a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment.
At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician for further evaluation.
Do not take the result as a diagnosis of any sort. For accurate diagnosis of any of the following mental health concerns, participants need to call and/or be seen by a qualified mental health professional.
Screening tests/quizzes/questionnaires are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. The Counseling Center does not collect any unique identifying information such as name, email address or results.
