Beck & de Schweinitz Hall

The Beck/de Schweinitz complex consists of two separate buildings, each having four apartments. Each air-conditioned apartment sleeps 6 students in 3 double rooms, is fully furnished and offers a large living room, full bath and eat-in kitchen. This area houses 46 students, one undergraduate Resident Advisor and as part of the Hillside area is supervised by an undergraduate Resident Director. The staff is available to assist students with all aspects of residential living.

Beck/de Schweinitz is centrally located on Main Campus and enjoys close proximity to outdoor amenities such as the sand volleyball court and outdoor grilling area.

Individual rooms sleep two students, are approximately 15' (wide) by 11' (deep) and are completely furnished. Every room is assigned a discreet phone line that provides local access and students are given a pass-code for long-distance calls (students must provide a phone for the room). The College supplies basic cable TV service to each student room and the living room.

Each student has direct access to the college computer network for data storage and internet connection (there are two data ports in each room). Specific information regarding the campus network, computing resources and recommended system requirements can be found on the MC CIT Website.
