Educational Experiences

liberty high school
 My first field experience was at Liberty High school in Behtlehem, Pennsylvania.  I was in Ms. Knepp's 11th grade mathematics class.  I enjoyed observing this class because I got the opportunity to observe a high school math class. Although the experience opened my eyes to realizing I would not want to teach in a high school setting, it was a great experience interacting with students for the first time. 


My second field experience was at Northeast Middle School in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  Here I was in Ms. Shive's 8th grade mathematics class.  During this experience I was able to work with a variety of learners at all different ability levels.  I mostly worked with students on an individual or small group basis as I circled the classroom during group work to scaffold students as necessary.		 northeast middle school
