Together, the Treasurer and Finance Committee work to ensure that all funds are distributed fairly and in accordance with the Standing Rules. Welcome to the Treasury branch of USG! My name is Chuck Welsko and I am the Treasurer of the Student Government. I would also like to thank you for visiting our website and taking time to learn more about how USG operates. The Finance Committee’s Standing Rules dictate the operation and functioning of USG’s financial operations. Within the Standing Rules are procedures, regulations, and guidelines for the transaction of funds in relation to any USG funded organization itself.
