About Miss Poskay
My name is Rose Poskay and I am currently a full-time student at
Moravian College. I Grew up in Central New Jersey in the small
town of Branchburg. While starting college I moved to the
Lehigh Valley to become a Pennsylvania resident.
I attended Immaculata High School in Central New Jersey. I was
involved in the competitive marching band, concert band, wind
ensemble, chior, stage crew, pit orchestra, folk group, and the
robotics. I was highly involved in the music program and spent
my available time after school teaching flute lessons to middle
school children. I also dedicated my time to assist the middle
school band director at our sister elementary school.
I will be graduation from Moravian College in May 2013 with a degree
in a self-designed major of fine arts, and Elementary
Education. During my college experience I had the opportunity
to join the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. With this opportunity i
served on the programming committee and provided fraternity
education to my fellow sisters. Since Zeta Tau Alpha's
philanthropy is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness, we have
worked along side organizations such as Yoplait to raise money for
the fight against Breast Cancer.
