Choosing courses in the first year for a Mathematics major

Majoring in Mathematics

Each student should have taken the calculus placement exam prior to registering for fall courses, and received a recommendation from the Math/CS department. (More information about the placement exam is available at http://math.moravian.edu/placement.) You should enroll in the recommended MATH course, unless you believe the results are incorrect, in which case you should consult with a member of the Mathematics/CS department. The Mathematics and Computer Science department has put together some possible course schedules for students interested in majoring in Mathematics.
